The User is solely responsible for their use of the Site and the Services provided. When creating content via the ScanMe Service you are expressly granting permission for ScanMe and others to access this information. Any information created through the ScanMe Service becomes public with the creation of your QR Code, and as such the Site cannot accept responsibility for how this information may then be used by third parties.

It is possible for the User to limited, delete or change the information embedded in their QR Code created through the Service at any time.

Returns Policy

Your ScanMe products will be personalised with your own unique barcode. Due to the unique nature of these products, refunds will only be given if there is a fault with the product. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of any returns postage.

Trademarks, Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, logos and content on the Site are property of ScanMe and may not be reproduced except with express written permission from ScanMe.

Limitation of Liability

ScanMe provides Services as seen and without warranty of condition.
