User Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for their use of the Site and the Services provided. As the Site serves as a way to share information, content posted by Users of the Site does not represent the views, opinions or beliefs of the Site. The Site does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of content posted through the Services provided.

The Services provided by the Site allows Users to post links to third party websites. None of the content on these third party websites are under the control of the Site and we are in no way responsible for the content of these third party websites.

User Posted Content

When creating content via the ScanMe Service you are expressly granting permission for ScanMe and others to access this information. Any information created through the ScanMe Service becomes public with the creation of your QR Code, and as such the Site cannot accept responsibility for how this information may then be used by third parties.

It is possible for the User to limited, delete or change the information embedded in their QR Code created through the Service at any time.

Returns Policy

Your ScanMe products will be personalised with your own unique barcode. Due to the unique nature of these products, refunds will only be given if there is a fault with the product. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of any returns postage.

Trademarks, Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, logos and content on the Site are property of ScanMe and may not be reproduced except with express written permission from ScanMe.

Limitation of Liability

ScanMe provides Services as seen and without warranty of condition. As a User you agree to use ScanMe at your own discretion and risk and will be solely responsible for any damages that may arise from the use of the Site. ScanMe will not be held responsible or liable for any damages whatsoever that occur through the use of the Services. The only right the User has with respect to any dissatisfaction with the Services provided is to terminate the use of ScanMe.
